Maybe he could have survived cancer on a positive healing journey with the successful alternative therapies that will be offered at the Cancer Healing Oasis and Dr. Sean Ceasar.

Your investment in Newco means becoming a partner in a new corporation, with four investment units being offered. You can invest in up to four equity units that will be recognized as shares.

 

Newco, in turn, will invest these funds in this exclusive Holistic Cancer Healing Oasis to help purchase the ONCO cancer fighting machine, medical equipment, fixtures and general start-up costs. 

 

This Initial investment is secured by a major ownership stake in the Healing Oasis business, as well and will provide lucrative long-term residual income. This is an advantage as Newco first movers.

 

This first and valuable opportunity is time-sensitive, as the Healing Oasis founders are also actively pursuing investors. For Newco and our investors to remain eligible, investor funds must be secured prior to the end of February 

 

The Second investment is internal within Newco's account to accommodate monthly construction expenses for costs to begin earthworks and materials to build the Serenity Duplex. This cash flow budget will be detailed in the spring months after final blueprints and permit applications are submitted to the RDNO. These deposits to the newly established Newco account will start in the fall of 2024, after a formal corporation is established with investors.

 

The ROI on the Serenity duplex (opening in May 2026) is a monthly bill to the  Healing Oasis for any occupied months during the 5-6 month summer season.

 

The security of Newco's investment in its construction cost is a proportionate percentage of ownership in the entire 40 acre resort, which is title free and currently valued at approximately $3.6m

This equity valuation and our position will grow year over year.

 

Newco will retain construction rights on future cabins until all four building permits have been utilized. Future cabins will increase revenue without a large increase to costs,and it also compounds our equity ownership in the Healing Oasis.

 

In summary, Newco investors will receive ROI in equity ownership, from both the Cancer Healing Oasis business and the Serenity cabin(s). Future ongoing profits can be realized as dividends are

re-invested in cabins or other new business development.

 

Newco's investments are estimated conservatively for a break-even in 3–4 years after which time it will become a lifetime residual revenue stream for Newco and its investors(s).

  • March/April 2024

    Purchase the Onco Machine for the Wellness Center 

    OncoTherm hyperthermia treatments are a non-invasive treatment of primary cancer and/or it’s metastasis by using radiofrequencies to generate heat in tumor beds thus damaging proteins in the tumours. The damage to cells during hyperthermia can make them more sensitive to the effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy so these treatments work better, according to the Canadian Cancer Society. At the same time, hyperthermia delivers anti-cancer medicines (for example, chemotherapy) in the system to the areas of the tumor, where they need to go. No other system aids in this way. Because it helps to focus agents such as chemotherapy on the tumor other healthy tissues are less affected and less side-effects tend to occur.

Serenity Cabin Construction Built Green

As an investor in Newco, benefit #2 is seasonal residual revenue from additional cancer guests, that will develop from the construction of a duplex (named Serenity 1). Construction draws from Newco investors will be required on a monthly basis, starting in the fall of 2024 for approximately 12 months or until completion.) The value of completed construction will determine an approximate 7% ownership stake in the 40-acre resort.
